I hadn’t seen her floor speech before I made it up to the Hill this evening, but I’m not sure if it would have mattered. She’s not a very chatty person:
She is consistently an embarassment for her portion of the state. I’m sad that my alma mater (Wake Forest) is in her district. And to think that I thought Heath Shuler was the worst in that portion of the state.
I think she is embarassed for what she says, that could be the only reason for her actions on your footage. She knows off the bat that she has not a leg to stand on. Her ignorance is stunning.
